Has anyone beaten this solo quest yet with a monk? If so would you mind sharing the build you used.

Really quite easy.
I 55'ed it, but if you don't have the skills/equipment, just specialise in smiting prayers. A few skills: Bane Signet Signet of Judgement Spear of Light |

leech signet(interrupt bear form)->mantra of inscriptions->bane sig->holy strike->castigation sig->signet of rage repeat from bane sig if necessary and ^no elites |
